A truly special gift for someone. Each bracket birthstone section on the bookmark is a child and his/her spouse and any children. For example this bookmark has 5 children and then some have spouses and one has three children done in between the mom and dad. You can go to our charms section and order a charm to go on the bookmark. It does not automatically come with a charm so if you want one be sure to buy one separately and note to put it on the family bookmark.
To Add a Charm to your Pieces: Charm choices are found under Available Charms in the lower left of every page. Enter which item you want the charm attached to when you add to your cart. You can order more than one charm to be put on a piece of jewelry. Jewelry DOES NOT come with charms. You must PURCHASE the charms you want attached separately unless they are stated they are included on the piece.
